What about Settlers of Catan?
ReplyDeleteIt's a classic and it got a lot of people (including me) into Euro-style boardgames but at this point it's showing its age a bit. Back in the day it was a breath of fresh air but nowadays new entry-level games have more to offer as they've built off the successes of earlier games like Settlers.
DeleteStar Wars: Rebellion is kinda expensive but pretty great. Feels a lot like Empire At War.
