It's worth considering if you have generic Swarm squadrons to respawn, but that won't be true all the time and even in cases where it is, it might be preferable to use another squad-boosting offensive retrofit like Boosted Comms instead if the Munificent is going to be a more active carrier.<br /><br />Don't get me wrong, I like Reserve Hangar Decks. Respawning generic Swarm squads is fun and I like running fleets with 3+ copies of it. You'll typically do 2-4 damage per attack, which is fine but not really strong enough for XI7s.
